Sotong or Squid  is cooked in a stew in which the vegetables are cooked along with coconut milk. It is a rich gravy having little thick consistency. Squid is a good source of vitamin B12 and B6 which the body needs for neural health and blood health and vitamin B6 for heart protection from strokes. It goes well with white rice.
